These Terms of Use (the Terms) govern access to and use of Options Playbook, including its website, accounts, market information, calculations, AI-generated comparisons, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the Service). The Service is provided by 10 Delta, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (10 Delta, we, us, or our).
By creating an account and checking the acceptance box, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
1. Service and eligibility
The Service is a research and decision-support tool. It organizes market context for a user-selected underlying and expiration and compares options structures that may be worth further examination. Features, data sources, access limits, and the available strategy library may change as the product develops.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You may use the Service only where doing so is lawful. You may not use it if applicable law, sanctions, export restrictions, or another legal prohibition prevents us from providing the Service to you.
2. Educational information; no advisory relationship
The Service provides information, calculations, estimates, and opinions for educational and research purposes only. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice; a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, exercise, or avoid any security or option; or an offer to enter any transaction.
10 Delta is not acting as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, fiduciary, exchange, or execution venue. Your use of the Service does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, partnership, or other professional relationship.
3. Options and market risk
Options involve a high degree of risk and are not suitable for all investors. Depending on the structure, an options position can lose some or all of the amount invested, incur losses greater than the initial credit or investment, face assignment or exercise, and be affected by liquidity, volatility, time decay, dividends, corporate events, trading halts, early market closure, and execution quality.
Examples, strategy names, fit values, and explanations do not establish that a trade is appropriate for you. You are solely responsible for evaluating suitability, reading the applicable options disclosure documents, understanding contract terms, obtaining any required broker approval, selecting contracts, sizing risk, monitoring positions, and deciding whether to trade. Past observations and modeled outcomes do not guarantee future results.
4. AI-generated analysis
The Service uses artificial intelligence to compare a curated strategy library against prepared market facts. AI output is probabilistic and may be incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. A strategy's inclusion, order, fit value, or explanation is not a prediction of profit, probability of success, expected return, or instruction to trade.
We use validation, bounded output contracts, caching, and audit records to improve reliability, but those safeguards cannot eliminate model error. You must independently review every result and should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any financial decision.
5. Market data, calculations, and estimates
Market data may be delayed, stale, incomplete, unavailable, corrected after publication, or different from data displayed by a broker or exchange. Calculations may use assumptions regarding rates, dividends, volatility, timestamps, liquidity, or pricing. Estimated values may not reflect commissions, fees, taxes, slippage, assignment, exercise, margin requirements, borrow availability, or all market events.
The Service may fail to produce a comparison when required information is unavailable or validation fails. We do not guarantee uninterrupted data coverage, the accuracy of any source, or that an indicated structure can be executed at displayed or estimated prices.
6. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password and access devices secure. You may not share an account in a way that circumvents access limits or permits unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
We may require email confirmation, refuse registration, suspend access, or require a password reset when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or an account. Contact [email protected] promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
7. Free access
A confirmed free account currently includes three completed strategy analyses for the lifetime of the account, with at most one new analysis available per New York market day. Only a validated and saved result consumes an analysis. We may change or discontinue complimentary access prospectively, but we will not convert a free account into a paid subscription without express authorization.
8. Paid subscription
The paid membership costs USD 20 per month. Stripe hosts checkout and payment management. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Stripe and 10 Delta to charge the payment method shown at checkout for the initial billing period and each renewal, together with any taxes required by law.
9. Automatic renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal available from My Account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues through the end of the current billing period unless the account is terminated for misuse or the law requires a different result.
Payments are non-refundable and are not prorated for partial periods, unused analyses, or account inactivity, except where applicable law requires a refund. We may change the subscription price prospectively by providing reasonable notice before the new price applies to a renewal. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before the affected renewal.
Failed or disputed payments may result in restricted or terminated paid access. Your card issuer or payment provider may impose separate terms or fees for which we are not responsible.
10. Limited license and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own lawful research. The Service, software, design, text, strategy education, compilations, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to 10 Delta and are protected by applicable law.
You retain rights in information you lawfully provide to the Service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process that information, operate the requested feature, maintain security, and comply with law.
11. Acceptable use
You may not: use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity; obtain unauthorized access; interfere with security or availability; introduce malicious code; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data; reverse engineer or bypass technical controls except where law expressly permits; resell, sublicense, mirror, or create a competing dataset from the Service; impersonate another person; share credentials to avoid access limits; or use automated traffic that imposes an unreasonable load.
You may not represent Service output as personalized advice from 10 Delta or use it to operate an automated trading or signal-selling service. Reasonable use of public pages by ordinary search engines and explicitly permitted crawlers remains governed by our robots policy.
12. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on or links to third-party providers, including authentication, payment, analytics, AI, market-data, charting, and payoff-modeling services. A third party's terms and privacy practices govern your direct use of its service. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, pricing, execution, or decisions.
13. Availability, changes, and termination
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service. We do not promise that every feature, underlying, expiration, data point, strategy, or integration will remain available. We may suspend or terminate access when you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, misuse the Service, or when continued operation is no longer reasonably practicable.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions: canceling renewal does not automatically delete the account or its legally required records.
14. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” 10 DELTA DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND RESULTS FROM USE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device; that defects will be corrected; or that any data, calculation, AI output, strategy comparison, link, or third-party service will be accurate or available.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 10 DELTA AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOST OPPORTUNITY, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM MARKET MOVEMENTS, RELIANCE ON OUTPUT, UNAVAILABLE DATA, ACCOUNT ACCESS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO 10 DELTA FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limitations. In that case, the exclusions and limits apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 10 Delta and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or content you submit. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from 10 Delta's own unlawful conduct.
17. Delaware law and courts
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or the Service are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent the law of your residence applies and cannot lawfully be waived. Subject to those mandatory consumer protections, you and 10 Delta consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or business changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. For a material change, we will provide reasonable notice and request new affirmative acceptance when appropriate. Changes do not retroactively alter a dispute that arose before the updated version became effective.
19. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the Service and replace prior terms on the same subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or change in control.
Electronic communications and records satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing to the extent permitted by law. Section headings are for convenience only.
